Reaching cruising speed

Things are going well at the Times-Call! I've had 12 stories published, 8 of which have been on the front page, often as the punch or totally above the fold. It seems I forgot to actually put in the website last time:

Searching my name will yield everything I've written so far. My most exciting piece is about major layoffs at a local Butterball turkey plant due to increasing feed prices due to ethanol regulations.

I am beginning work with the paper's education reporter on a six-week series comparing our local school district with 10 other districts. This will run in the fall.

So far, smooth sailing.
